Builders Etiquette
* NEVER under any circumstances edit another builder's area without their permission.
* Do not enter another builders area without their permission.
* Do not mstat/mpstat mobs in another builders area without their permission. This applies to objects and rooms as
well.
* No cross area resets. (Instarooming an item from another area into yours). This is a major source of crashes.
* Check the equipstat maximums for a given class/level range and follow them.
* If you are testing a program that risks the integrity of the mud get help!
