An Old Gate
The gate has nearly fallen here, leading to what was an emaculate mansion.
An eerie calm sets about the grounds, giving a strange sense of ease.
Laden with weeds and shades of gray... everything appears to have died many
years ago. Farther north, the old mansion can be seen.
Exits: north.

A Pebbled Walk
The walk is paved with pebbles with trees planted on both sides, the
branches hang down as if to mourn their own death and weeds that sprang
in defiance of the shade are now but lifeless twigs strewn about the 
ground. A small guard shack sits off the path on the east.
Exits: north east south.

Chunks of rock and tiny pebbles are all that is left of this walk. The mansion

A Guard Shack
The shack is unstable and is close to falling. Small remnants of the old
furniture can still be seen in broken shambles in various places.
Exits: west.

A low wooden bench offers respite for your aching feet.
A Dead Garden

Nothing lives here, the ground is grey with nothing but the stones of
the large pillers and marble statues that were once standing here in
brilliant form among the living beauty of this place...the sadness
here is almost overwhelming...

A Dead Garden
A small gathering of flowers are formed in some strange symbol. A cherub
can be seen to the left with large black streaks upon it.

Stone benches sit of the path here to offer visitors respite from
from the hardships of day to day life. This must have been
a beatiful escape in its time.

The pathway devides here around a large brass fountain. The water
no longer flows here. The tiny pebbles are disturbed only
by the now dead weeds that grew up from the darkness.

The path is nearly inpenatrable as it winds and twists through the 
rubble of fallen pillars. 
Exits: east west southwest.

A delapidated gazebo sits off to the side here neary fallan.
The sides of the structure are covered in the dead branches from what
was thousands of roses.

Tall trees stand in the area, dead and nearly fallen. The path is blocked to
North by what was once a great oak.

The path is littered with branches and weeds. A small birdbath sits off
the walk on the left as the trail continues Southwest.

The garden seems darker here and the only thing visible in the dim light is
the god and goddess statues. The smell of fresh earth permiates the 
air around this place.

Standing Before The Mansion
The old mansion looks sturdy despite its years.  Most turn and walk
quickly back the way they came. The shrubery is grey with age 
and seemingly barely holding itself together.
Exits: north south.

A Foreboding Entrance
The entrance is bare and shows signs of age. A small desk sits off to the 
east. The room is barren of any decoration or adornment.
Exits: north south.

The Foyer
The Foyer is set with doors in almost every direction. Large golden
lamps hang about the room with a simple oaken stand in the center 
of a small rug. The stone floors are worn smooth with cracks from age 
in various places.
Exits: north east south west northwest southwest.

A Small Study
The room is clutered with wall to wall bookshleves,  the books left
neatly where their owners left them. A large oak table sits on the 
Northern wall with large windows that overlook the garden.
Exits: west.

The Sitting Room
Soft plush couches fill this spacious room. The walls covered with banners 
and priceless paintings. A Large stone fireplace sits on the west 
wall with two faded armchairs centered around it.
Exits: east.

The Main Hall
the walls are wooden with beautiful trim intricately designed. Tables
are sitting in various spots through the hall.  Large wall sconces
were the only lighting and the floor is covered in dust and pieces
of broken pottery. A bust of a knight lay to the east half broken.
Exits: north south up.

A Landing
The landing opens into a small hall with a few doors. A few paintings
adorn the walls, other than a small table to the east the room is bare.
Exits: north down.

A Small Hall
The walls hold golden wall sconces which would have brightened even
the dreary attic. The walls are coverd in a maroon paint that has
faded to a deep dark red color.
Exits: north east south up.

The Master Bedroom
The room is as lavish and comfortable as any found in a nobles home.
A large bed laden in crimson and surrouned by gosomer curtains
of the same hue sits in the center of the south wall. 
Exits: north south west.

A Walk-In Closet
The closet is dark and dusty. A few old hangers still remain holding
what was once lavish attire. Several boxes can be seen on the top shelf.
Exits: south.

A Small Bedroom
This was probably the room of a small girl, The pink walls and the
white canaopy bed are obvious. There are toys everywhere, a large 
rocking chair sits next to the bed with a soft plush teddy bear still
sitting in it. 
Exits: west.

The Attic
The room is completely dark save for the window overlooking the walk. 
Boxes and all sorts of things are still here untouched for it seems ages.
Exits: down.

The Kitchen
The sink is piled high with dirty dishes and is covered in filth.
The stove and ice box both appear to be old and rusted with their
doors hanging off the hinges.  The chairs and tables lay strewn
around the room as if someone left here in a hurry.
Exits: east south west.

The Pantry
The room is bare except for empty containers lining various
shelves. The room is completely dark but there is a strange
glow emanating from an unknown source below.
Exits: east down.

The Dining Room
a large oak table sits in the center of the room with chairs sitting
in various corners.  Large tapestries are half hanging depicting
scenes of nature and themes of the knights of the round. 
Large candelabras hang from the ceiling on thick chains the metal
stained gray with time. The floor is covered in a old rug.
Exits: west.

A Hidden Room
a marble staircase  spirals downward into a large dark  chamber where the only
seating are the plush black and red satin pillows  strewn about.  Against the
wall to  the west there lies a stone coffin  with hieroglyphs written upon the
surface engraved in gold.The only lighting are stone candelabras placed in each
corner on black pedestals.   Giant bookcases can be seen on the North wall  In
disarray and  covered in what looks to be a century of dust.There  are  various
whips and other devices of torture laid upon a  marble  sepulcher in the middle
of the room with wrist and ankle  straps left nearly broken upon the surface.
The floor is covered in black lacquer, it reflects the objects like a mirror.

The Master Bathroom
The room is emaculate. A large garden tub sits to the west surrounded
by beautiful mirrors. Candles are still sitting about the room as 
if the owners could come in at any moment and run a relaxing bath.
The golden faucets and trim offsets the dark blue paint that still
adorn the walls here.

A Tidy Bathroom
The bathroom is entirly white. A small sink sits on one wall with
the other accomadations placed in various locations. A large full
length mirror still hangs near a small stand.
Exits: southeast.

The Ball Room
Several steps lead down on to a beautiful dance floor. The stones of
black onyx and the purest ivory are placed in a cirular pattern.
Large crimson velvet tapestries hang throughout the entire room.
Exits: northeast.
